Easy Shopping Cards has established the following terms and conditions so that we both know what to expect from each other. By usng the Site, each visitor ("you") agree to be bound by the terms following. Please read them carefully. Your usage of the site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. 

The term "Easy Shopping Cards' or "ESC", "us" or "we" refers to the owner of the website whose details are:

Our terms and conditions are in relation to the sale and purchase of eGift Cards and other goods and services provided by Easy Shopping Cards. 

The use of this website is subject to the following terms of use:

    • The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only.
    • It is subject to change without notice.
    • ESC Trading Pty Ltd and all of its affiliates or related corporations endeavour to ensure this website is accurate, timely, performs, is complete and suitable in its information and materials provided or offered, but errors may occur.
    • Easy Shopping Cards customers must confirm they meet the ESC Trading restricted membership conditions prior to acceptance.
    • You may not create a link to this website from another website or document without our prior written consent. Every effort is made to keep the website up and running smoothly. However, we take no responsibility for, and will not be liable for, the website being temporarily unavailable due to technical issues beyond our control.

The term "eGift Card" includes (without limitation)

  • Prepaid eGift Cards delivered electronically as a PDF attachment.


ESC sells eGift Cards to our customers in Australia to be used in Australian retailers. Other goods and services are also offered. Refer to the Terms and Conditions on each eGift card. Terms and Conditions for each store must be adhered to.

Prices and Payments

All prices are shown in Australian Dollars (AU$). A Credit Card Surcharge may be payable in addition to these prices. See delivery information and costs below for details of these charges.

As an Easy Shopping Cards member, ESC agrees to undertake your instructions and ESC Trading will use your 5% discount which applies to the purchase of Woolworths eGift Cards to distribute your discount to the Charities, Foundations and Friends in the Community you support.

Prices on our website are subject to change without prior notice.

There are no GST implications.

All items must be paid for in full and funds cleared before your order will be despatched. Once payment has been received and cleared, you will receive your eGift Cards by email.


The Wallet holds money in your ESC account. Each customer will have their own ESC user ID number which can be used as a reference when depositing money.

There are two ways payment into the Wallet can be made:

1. Credit Card
The following Credit Cards are accepted: Visa and Mastercard. A 1.8% Surcharge applies for all credit card transactions.  ESC uses Stripe as the payment gateway and their charges are:  1.7% of the total price plus $0.30 per transaction.

The first time you use your Credit Card to pay into your Wallet, you will be requested to proceed through the authentication process. Credit Card authentication is the process to ensure only you can purchase with your credit card ie no-one else can use your credit card to make purchases. Easy Shopping Cards has constantly endeavoured to improve their security, and this process is the best of bank procedures to protect your credit card from being fraudulently used.

The credit card authentication process is best done at home with access to both your email address and credit card statement. You will only need to authenticate your credit card once.

The credit card authentication process is as follow:

  • Go to My Wallet or in the Checkout process, click on My Wallet.
  • Choose Authenticate Card button
  • Fill in the credit card number, expiry date and CVV fields

You will then receive an email containing your alphanumeric code. Check your Credit Card statement for the small amount of money, always less than one dollar, deducted from your credit card. Both the alphanumeric code and the amount deducted from your credit card need to be entered into the fields.

This way, only YOU have access to both your email account and your credit card statement. This protects you from any unauthorised use of your credit card. The small amount deducted from your credit card will be credited to your ESC account.

You can then choose how much money to deposit into your ESC account from your credit card. 

If you have more than one credit card, you will need to go through the process for each credit card.

2. Direct Deposit.
You can deposit money into the ESC Trading bank account at any time. Your order will be sent when your funds are cleared.

  • your ESC user ID
  • the Tax Invoice Number of your Order or
  • your Standing Order number and surname as Reference.

You would use your ESC user ID number as reference when you deposit money ahead of ordering. Allow up to 48 hours for your funds to clear, depending on your bank.

You would use your Tax Invoice Number as reference once you've ordered and a Tax Invoice number has been assigned to your Order.

You would use your Standing Order number as reference when you deposit money for your regular Standing Order.



eGift Cards will be despatched instantly to your email address as a PDF attachment when payment is cleared, subject to circumstances within the control of ESC. Please check that you have entered your email address correctly, as ESC cannot be held responsible for an incorrect email delivery address.

eGift Card Delivery Times

If in stock, your card will be emailed instantly when payment is confirmed.
If not in stock, your card will be emailed as soon as stock has been replenished.

Cancelling your Order

Once the eGift Cards are in your possession, they should be treated as cash and kept in a secure, protected location. ESC takes no responsibility for lost or stolen eGift Cards in your possession. You are required to check your Order as soon as you receive it. If there is any discrepancy, please contact ESC immediately by email at We will endeavour to resolve any discrepancy as soon as possible.

Standing Orders

A Standing Order for eGift Cards may be implemented with ESC by clicking the Standing Order tab and filling in the fields. Ensure you organise recurring payments from your bank account to the ESC Trading bank account. Payment frequency of Standing Orders can be weekly, fortnightly or monthly for whatever amount and selection of eGift Cards to suit your shopping requirements. You will be assigned a Standing Order number.
Ensure sufficient cleared funds are available when the transfer is due, or your Order will not be processed. Always use your Standing Order number and surname as reference.

Use of Cards

You may use the eGift Cards you have ordered through ESC for personal purposes in Australia only, according to the Terms and Conditions relevant to each eGift Card.

Easy Shopping Cards App

The Easy Shopping Cards App will be available in both Android and IOS formats. Go to Play Store or App Store to download the ESC App. All ordering facilities and history will be replicated/ preserved on both the App and your website account. Exciting isn't it???

Exclusive Membership

Coles and Kmart eGift Cards may only be purchased by Easy Shopping Card members who have confirmed they are part of an approved Affiliate Group that meets the Terms and Conditions of the Coles Group. 

 Administration Fee

 ESC charges an Administration Fee to cover the costs of running the website and maintaining the business including accounting to the various Affiliate Groups and ESC members.

 Limitation of Liability

We do not give any express warranty in relation to the supply of eGift Cards and you acknowledge that you have not relied on any representation or warranty made by or on our behalf in relation to the eGift Cards, or their supply.
Any warranties or conditions implied by law, either by statutory instrument or otherwise, are expressly excluded to the extent that such warranties and conditions in respect of the eGift Cards may be lawfully excluded.
To the extent permitted by law, if we (or any of our suppliers) are or become liable to you in any manner whatsoever for breach of warranty or in relation of any defective eGift Cards, then our liability (and the liability of our suppliers) will be limited solely to the price paid by you for such eGift Cards or the cost of their re-supply, whichever we elect.
You acknowledge that you have undertaken your own independent enquiries in reaching your decision to purchase the eGift Cards.
