Step 1
  1. Funds into Wallet

  3. Place your Order - select “Wallet” as the payment option
  4. Immediately receive your eGift Cards by email, your website account AND your Android APP

You transfer funds into your Wallet by Direct Bank Transfer, Credit Card or eShop Vouchers code.  Immediately the Wallet is reconciled to these payments the funds will show in your Wallet.

Now you shop!  After the funds appear as a Wallet Available Balance in your Wallet.  Just like a Debit Card!  The easyshoppingcards App is a quick and easy way to check this.

What is my Wallet?

Your Wallet is your Debit Account when shopping with ESC.

The Wallet has two sections: 

  1. Wallet Cash - Direct Bank Transfers & Credit Card payments
  2. Wallet Voucher – eShop Vouchers codes

What is the quickest way to get my eGift Cards?

Instantly:  Transfer funds into your Wallet by Credit Card or eShop Vouchers code.

Within Hours:  Direct Deposit into CBA or Mobile Vouchers.  Immediately the Wallet is reconciled to these payments the funds show in your Wallet.  Check your App to see when funds arrive.  Order.  Receive eGift Cards.

Within 24 to 48 Hours:   Direct Bank Transfer from a non-CBA bank.  Subject to their processing times.

NB:  You may find the Standing Order option a convenient way to shop as it creates & ships your order when your bank remittance advice is received saving you time.  See below for more information

Urgently:   We will always work with you if you have an urgent situation where you need eGift Cards before your Direct Bank Transfer has cleared.  Email info@easyshoppingcards.com a copy of your Remittance Advice with your request for a short credit offer.  NB:  Your Bank Reference is your ESC Customer Number.


Your email address will be your Login.


NOTE: if you ever change your email address for eGift Cards delivery, your Username will also change for Login.

How do I pay into my Wallet?

  1. Credit Card (incurs a 1.8% Surcharge).  Authentication required for 1st time use.  Use Existing Card for future payments.
  2. Direct Bank Transfer to Commonwealth Bank Account:

                    NB:  Bank Reference is your ESC user ID - enter exactly as shown in red.

  1. eShop Voucher code/s purchased from your Shopping Community.

The Wallet holds money in your ESC account. You will have your own ESC user ID number which can be used as a reference when depositing money.

There are three ways payment into the Wallet can be made: 
1. Credit Card
The following Credit Cards are accepted: Visa and Mastercard. A 1.8% Surcharge applies for all credit card transactions.
The first time you use your Credit Card as a payment option, you will be requested to proceed through the authentication process. The credit card authentication process is best done at home with access to both your email address and credit card statement. You will only need to authenticate your credit card once. For more information, see General Terms and Conditions for a full explanation of the process.
2. Direct Deposit.
You can deposit money into the ESC Trading bank account at any time. Your order will be sent when your funds are cleared.

3. Vouchers
Either type in your eShop Vouchers code into the field. 

How do I authenticate my Credit Card?
 

The first time you use your Credit Card as a payment option, you will be requested to proceed through the authentication process. Credit Card authentication is the process to ensure only you can purchase with your credit card ie no-one else can use your credit card to make purchases. Easy Shopping Cards has constantly endeavoured to improve their security, and this process is the best of bank procedures to protect your credit card from being fraudulently used.
The credit card authentication process is best done at home with access to both your email address and credit card statement. You will only need to authenticate your credit card once.
The credit card authentication process is as follow:

    1. Go to My Wallet
    1. Choose Authenticate Card bullet point
    2. Fill in the credit card number, expiry date and CVV fields
    3. Click PAYMENT button
    4. Go to your email account to retrieve an alphanumeric code
    5. Go to your credit card account to find the small amount of money eg $0.88 that ESC has charged to your credit card
    6. Go back to the ESC My Wallet Credit Card Authentication site and enter both the alphanumeric code and the amount charged to your credit card
    7. Confirm your details
    8. Ring Cassie on 0400 232 456 to confirm your information & have your credit card enabled
    9. You have completed the one-off Authentication process

 

NB:  As only YOU have access to both your email account and your credit card account, you are now protected from any unauthorised use of your credit card. The small amount charged to your credit card will be credited to your Wallet.

If you have more than one credit card, you will need to go through the process for each credit card.

 Step 3

Choose items to purchase from eGift Cards tab OR Deals By Design tab.

 

Make your selection of eGift Cards by type and denomination. Click "Add to Cart" button.

You can edit or delete your Order on this page. PLEASE NOTE: this website automatically delivers your Order.

Please choose carefully the exact type and denomination eGift Cards you want to purchase, because your order will be automatically delivered. The eGift Cards you have in your Shopping Cart will be the eGift Cards delivered to you. Check your spam folder if you haven't received emails from Easy Shopping Cards and ensure the email address you have entered for your account is correct.

 Step 4

When you are ready to go through the Checkout process, click on "Proceed to Checkout" button.

Check your Billing Information is correct and click "Continue" button.

Select your payment method ie Wallet Cash if you have sufficient funds in your Wallet or select Voucher if you have enough funds in your Voucher account ie either Mobile vouchers or eShop Voucher Codes.

When choosing any of these options, your available balance will be shown. Click "Continue"

NOTE: The Load Wallet option if you do not have sufficient funds to complete the transaction.

Step 5

The Order Review page summarises your order. When you are happy to proceed, click "Place Order" button.

Step 6

Your order has been received and your Order Number is displayed. You will receive an email confirmation of order. As soon as your wallet payment has been processed, you will receive an email with your eGift Card as a PDF attachment.

Orders completed with Wallet Cash will be instantly delivered 24 hours per day 7 days per week.  This is the best method of ordering for reliable instant delivery.

Step 7

Thank you for shopping with Easy Shopping Cards. Next time you shop with ESC, you will click on "Registered Customers" to Login

and enter your email as Username and Password that you setup to start shopping again.

How Do I use my Shopping Credit money?
 

Your Shopping Credit money can be used to pay for either a Mobile Voucher or an eShop Vouchers code. Both can be used to top up your Wallet. (See below)

How Do I pay with a Mobile Voucher?
 

On your Shopping Community App, go to Loyalty Merchant Search button, type in "easy shopping" in the Keyword field, and tap the blue 'Start Search' button. Tap on 'Easy Shopping Cards' merchant, tap on the blue 'Purchase vouchers now' button. Type in the dollar amount of your purchase eg 100 and tap the 'Done' button, tap the blue 'Order Voucher' button. Enter your PIN Code into the field, and tap the blue 'Confirm Order' button. Congratulations- you have generated a Mobile Voucher.
NOTE: Mobile Vouchers CANNOT be used to purchase Superior member benefit eGift Cards.

How Do I pay with my eShop Vouchers code?
 

You can purchase eShop Vouchers from your Shopping Community "Shopping Trolley". You will locate your eShop Vouchers code in your Shopping Community website, under My Purchases tab, Invoices/ Order Confirmations.
Go to your Account page on www.easyshoppingcards.com, click on My Wallet and type in the eShop Vouchers Code into the appropriate field. .
NOTE: eShop Vouchers Codes CANNOT be used for Superior member benefit eGift Cards.

How Do I set up a Standing Order?
 

A Standing Order is a regular order of eGift Cards that you would like to purchase to suit your shopping needs. You select the frequency by transfering money whenever you would like the order delivered.  
Click on Account button, click on My Standing Orders tab, click on Submit New Standing Order button, and fill in the fields. Your Standing Order number will be assigned to you.
Please ensure you organise payments from your bank account to the ESC Trading bank account, using your Standing Order Number and surname as reference. Please allow 2 days for your money to arrive in the ESC Trading bank account ie transfer the exact amount of your Standing Order 2 days before you want your eGift Cards to arrive.

How Do I earn member benefits from my purchases?
 

Easy Shopping Cards is both an SME and a key account. You will earn member benefits by ordering direct from Easy Shopping Cards website or App (the SME) and paying by a Mobile Voucher, Direct Debit or by Credit Card. You can also purchase a code from eShop Vouchers (the key account) from your Shopping Community and redeem it on the Easy Shopping Cards website or App Wallet process.

How Do I receive Superior member benefits?
 

Superior member benefits are earnt when you order eGift Cards with a higher member benefit ie BCF, Rays, rebel and Supercheap only. Superior member benefits are 2% Cashback and 4 Shopping Points/ $150 spend. To earn the extra member benefits, the only payment methods are from your Credit Card or Direct Deposit into your Wallet. You cannot pay for these superior eGift Cards with either eShop Vouchers or Mobile Vouchers. There will be more Superior eGift Cards added over time.

What are Superior eGift Cards?
 

Superior eGift Cards are eGift Cards that you earn a higher member benefit for ie BCF, Rays, rebel and Supercheap. There will be more Superior eGift Cards added over time. To earn the extra member benefits, the payment method is Wallet Cash only.

Can I swap eGift Cards after I've paid for them?
 

NO. This website automatically delivers the eGift Cards upon payment of your Order. Please choose carefully the exact type and denomination of eGift Card you want from the extensive range available. The eGift Cards you have in your Shopping Cart will be the eGift Cards delivered to you.

How Do I purchase a Deals By Design item?
 

A huge range of Cars and Sheds are available through Deals By Design to earn your Shopping Community member benefits. Go to the Deals By Design tab and choose what you wish to purchase. Fill in the Expression of Interest form and submit. A Deals By Design Representative will contact you and discuss your purchase.
